Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

Extra-wide paper throat, powerful heavy duty strip-cut shredder for large offices
The Fellowes 485i is a Large 5.8mm Strip Cut office shredder that will also shred CD's/DVD's, Credit Cards, Paper Clips and Staples, as well as continuous full width computer printouts. It features high performance engineering with a heavy duty motor, which provides continuous use for multiple users in a small department. The Fellowes 485i is 100% Jam Proof and will auto-stop and reverse when too much paper is inserted into the entry throat. A colourful visual indicator shows the shredder capacity.
The Fellowes 485i model also features Safe Sense Patented Technology that stops the machine automatically if the entry throat is touched offering ultimate safety in the office environment.
The super fast shred speed processes waste quickly, reducing 'down time' in the office. This shredder shuts off automatically when the wastebasket is full, the machine is jammed or the door is ajar and alerts the operator with troubleshooting, indicator lights.
Also features casters for increased mobility and is very quiet during operation, making it ideal for office environments. There is a handy internal cabinet for the storage of oil, bags and the instruction manual.

DIN Security Levels
Shredders that destroy paper to Din Level P-2 are suitable for shredding internal documents such as company communications, instructions, travel guidance, notices and forms.
