Ordered a shredder at 3pm on 31st December 2023, the order was confirmed on 2nd January 2024 and delivered on 3rd January. The extras in the bundle were delivered first, and the shredder arrived within about half an hour later.
Everything was very well packaged and in perfect condition. I had reservations about the quality of the HSM B32 shredder, based entirely on how much the price was reduced; they were entirely unfounded!
I'm VERY impressed with both the service and the quality of the product. Don't just think about buying a shreddder from 'Shredding Machines.co.uk DO IT !

Really fast delivery. When I queried country of manufacture of product, I was immediately offered a return, however, as I needed a shredder, I accepted the company's offer of free oil and shredding bags as compensation. These arrived promptly.
My main comment is that four weeks on, the Web page for the shredder still suggests it was made in Germany. Please amend your Web page.

The Intimus 007SL Auto Oiler is a 0.65x1.5-5.0mm Crypto Cut Shredder with Automatic Oiling System features Security level P-6 for one of the highest security Shredders on the market. Approved for the destruction of Top Secret documents and used in many of the highest security departments world-wide to guarantee absolute data security. This high performance shredder has a large collecting bin in dustproof cabinet, has a comfortable working height, auto reverse when overloaded, is mounted on rollers for flexible use, an on/off control via keypad, and is made from shock resistant plastic and metal.
The Auto Oiler keeps the high security cutters running at peak performance, and the 007SE incorporates a handy large shelf for loading papers to be shredded.
Features a micro-controlled start/stop function that operates using a light sensor. LED''s for paper jam, bin full and when the door is opened.
Auto-Reverse when overloaded for easy removal of paper jams.
